Responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and responsible AI architectures10+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture3+ years in AI/Generative AIExperience with enterprise CRM/ERP systemsExperience delivering production AI solutionsDefine enterprise AI solution architecture and roadmap.Lead discovery workshops and AI use case assessments.Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.Design conversational AI, Agentic AI, and Copilot architectures.Design multi-agent and enterprise agent architectures using Copilot Studio.Define agent capabilities, orchestration patterns, and conversation flows.Establish Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows and approval mechanisms.Design RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.Define knowledge source strategy and data grounding patterns.Architect integrations with enterprise systems such as: Salesforce, D365 Finance & Operations, ServiceNow, SAP, Dataverse, Etc.,Design RBAC and Entra ID security models.Establish Responsible AI controls.Mandatory: Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and Agentic AI frameworks
