Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a high-performing Performance Marketing professional with strong expertise in Google Ads and hands-on experience managing B2C digital product campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, UAC/App Campaigns)Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROIConduct daily campaign analysis, reporting, and performance trackingCollaborate with internal stakeholders to drive user acquisition and growthWork extensively with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics✅ Must-Have Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience managing at least one of the following Google Ads campaign types: Search Campaigns, Display Campaigns, Universal App Campaigns (UAC)Strong expertise in: Campaign setup & execution, Daily optimization, Reporting & performance analysis, KPI management (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI)Technical proficiency in: Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA)Prior experience in: B2C tech product companies, OR Digital marketing agencies managing B2C tech product clients🚫 Candidate ExclusionsPlease do not apply if your experience is primarily from: E-commerce companies (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), Service-led platforms such as Ola, Uber, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato. We are specifically seeking candidates from technology-driven B2C product organizations, where the core user experience is powered by the product itself.📌 Additional Screening CriteriaMinimum 2 years tenure per role is mandatory.One short tenure is acceptable if there are at least two previous stints of 2+ years each.Frequent job changes will not be considered.Total experience should not exceed 6 years.
