micro1 is hiring 5 Russian Language Specialists to build and evaluate Russian-language data for AI training. You will write prompts, review model outputs, and create labeled datasets that capture grammar, nuance, and cultural context. This is precision language work for native or near-native Russian speakers with strong attention to detail.What you will doWrite and adapt Russian prompts, dialogues, instructions, and Q&A across domains like summarization, translation, and reasoningPerform text labeling and AI content evaluation: rate fluency, accuracy, safety, and style against rubricsCreate parallel text, paraphrases, and annotated examples for training datasetsIdentify and document linguistic edge cases: morphology, syntax, slang, and register shiftsMaintain consistency and audit trails using labeling tools, style guides, and clear notesRequirementsNative or near-native Russian with excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, and usageExperience with text labeling, annotation, or AI output review using detailed guidelinesStrong editing and written communication skills in Russian and English for feedback and documentationComfort with spreadsheets and labeling platforms for high-volume tasksReliable delivery and consistent judgment across long sessionsBonusKnowledge of Ukrainian, Belarusian, or other Slavic languages; prior RLHF/LLM feedback work; linguistics or translation backgroundComp & details$30-$60/hour based on task complexity and quality.5 openings.Remote-first with flexible hours.Ongoing dataset and evaluation work.To applyShare your CV, language background, and 1-2 examples of writing, editing, or annotation work in Russian with context on tools and volume.
