Requirements and responsibilities

We’re seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developer with deep expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) to join our team.Configure end-to-end asset lifecycle: Procure → Receive → Deploy → Maintain → Retire → DisposeImplement integrations with Nexthink, Microsoft ecosystem (M365, SCCM, Intune), Azure, and other discovery toolsManage asset, entitlement, and CMDB data normalization and reconciliationBuild workflows, automation, dashboards, and reportsCollaborate with procurement, IT operations, security, and finance teamsWhat We’re Looking For:Strong knowledge of software licensing models and complianceHands-on experience with REST APIs and ServiceNow spokesSolid understanding of CMDB, discovery, and ITAM best practicesExperience: 7–10 years in ServiceNow (strong ITAM focus)
