Requirements and responsibilities


About the Role: - I am a residential realtor based in Southern California and I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to support my day-to-day operations. - I have established SOPs, training videos, and an onboarding process already in place, so you will have everything you need to hit the ground running. - I have worked with VAs for the past three years, so I know what a great working relationship looks like. - I am looking for someone who takes ownership of their tasks, communicates proactively, and is comfortable working in a fast-moving real estate environment. Important: - You must be located within 2–3 hours of Pacific Time (PST/PDT). - I am not able to accommodate larger time differences at this time. - Spanish-speaking ability is a plus. Schedule: - Monday – Friday, ideally 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST (flexible for the right candidate). - Pay: $7–$10/hr. - 15–20 hours/week. What You Will Be Doing: - File management and organization. - Calendar management and scheduling. - Coordinating photo shoots and for-sale sign installations for active listings. - Inputting listings into the MLS (training provided). - Setting up documents for digital signatures. - Scheduling and confirming home tour appointments. - CRM data entry — client birthdays, notes, and follow-up tasks. - Drafting and sending reminder emails and client communications. - Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed. Tools We Use: - monday.com. - Slack. - Gmail. - Google Sheets. - Google Docs. - Google Forms. - MLS. What I Am Looking For: - Strong written English communication skills. - Organized, reliable, and responsive. - Comfortable with Google Suite and project management tools. - Experience supporting a real estate agent or team is a big plus. - Spanish-speaking ability is a plus. - Must be available within 2–3 hours of Pacific Time.
