Pinterest is hiring! Program Manager II, Workforce Capacity Planning.This role is a hands-on capacity planning role on the Workforce Management team within the Trust & Safety organization. Pinterest's WFM function is homegrown — no platforms, no shortcuts — so we're looking for someone who truly understands the math behind WFM and can build and improve processes from scratch.Location: 100% Remote US, 8:30-5pm EST hoursDuration: guaranteed until the end of the year (chance of being extended or converted to FTE depending on performance + budget)You're a great fit if you have:4+ yrs of WFM experienceStrong background in capacity planning (short‑term + long‑term)4+ yrs process management and improvement experienceStrong understanding of WFM math and metricsExperience building processes in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsConfidence presenting to leadership and working cross-functionallyStrong Google Suite skills (docs, sheets, charts, complex formulas, connecting and importing data)Bonus points if you have Trust & Safety experience, backlog forecasting experience, SQL, Zendesk, or have worked with BPOs.
