Requirements and responsibilities

Role Overview: - We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer (1–3 years of experience) who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building high-quality software systems. - This role is ideal for recent Computer Science graduates or senior-year students who are passionate about software engineering and looking to develop their skills in a collaborative environment. - Strong English communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with international teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend and/or frontend systems. - Write clean, readable, and well-documented code following best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. - Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback to improve code quality. - Debug, troubleshoot, and support performance improvements in applications. - Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to technical discussions. Requirements: - 1–3 years of software development experience (internships, co-ops, or academic projects are acceptable). - Recent Computer Science graduates or senior-year students are encouraged to apply. - Must be currently located in the United States or Canada. - Native or fluent English communication skills are required. - Basic experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript, Node.js, etc.). - Foundational understanding of REST APIs, databases, and software development principles. - Strong willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. - Ability to work independently while asking questions when needed.
