✅ Minimum requirements:
- Bilingual: English+Spanish OR English+Portuguese

- Build and manage Product Teams and work around the technological environment.
- Experience developing compliance risk management programs.
- Project management experience.
- Experience building relationships and credibility with partners.
- Experience determining appropriate KPIs and KRIs for the program.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Worked with Revenue team hand in hand and owned Revenue and Churn numbers from Product
✅ Responsibilities:
- Own the Compliance Product suite vertical.
- Lead Product Discovery and define Strategy and Roadmap.
- Represent the global compliance Product Org within the Product department of MetaMap.
- Oversee the planning, prioritization, delivery and quality of our ongoing and future product launch.
- Own and Manage metrics and drive regular meetings on Revenue, Quality and Costs.
- Oversee / Communicate applicable project integration, timelines, metrics, and issues to all relevant partners.
- Evaluate operational risk and defects related to the Product.
- Help identify the appropriate approach and solutions to root cause analysis.
- Draft relevant metrics reports based on product controls in Tableau or a similar system.
- Contribute to special projects that improve our product compliance program.
- Remain up-to-date on regulatory changes and landscape, best practices, and developments in
the industry.
- Partner Marketing across LatAm, Africa, and SEA, and help MetaMap build the right long-term products and the platform.
