Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with exceptional organizational and project management skills. This position is less about creativity and more about ensuring deliverables are met on time, solving problems efficiently, and managing multiple projects with a high level of detail. The ideal candidate must be agile and quick to respond, working closely with the sales and marketing team to deliver marketing materials that support and facilitate ongoing sales initiatives. This role requires that you attend meetings with the webcam on and during EST hours. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with team members and specialists to ensure that all ongoing marketing campaigns are progressing as scheduled. If there is someone who can answer “What is the current status of this campaign?” – it should be you. - Assist the team with content production (videos, photos, virtual tours). You are expected to organize our team so that they know where they should be, what deliverables are expected from them and by when. You will be keeping our team honest and accountable when it comes to marketing efforts. - Work hand in hand with the sales team to get feedback regarding lead quality and ensure that this feedback is communicated to the marketing team. You are the bridge between the marketing team and the sales team. - Ensure that there is a timely campaign report produced by marketing team members on campaigns they are involved in. - Schedule and facilitate marketing campaign update calls with clients so they are up-to-date with the results we are delivering. - Ensure that the online presence of all our clients are top-notch. If there are inconsistencies or issues across their website, social media accounts, Google My Business account – you should be the first to know. - Conduct quality checks for the campaigns and ensure that all information is correct, and that the content aligns with the brand. - Respond in a timely manner to inquiries or clarifications requested by team members and specialists regarding marketing campaigns. - Maintain a log of all meetings and requests received and how/when these requests were resolved. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within real estate or marketing sectors. - Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to quickly respond and adapt to changing needs, especially in collaboration with the sales team. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Familiarity with project management tools and marketing software. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques is a plus. - Highly coachable and has natural inquisitiveness. - Availability to work on weekends, especially during peak seasons. Benefits: - Competitive salary. - Prepaid medicine. - Life insurance. - Birthday day off. - Indefinite-term labor contract, with all legal benefits.
