🚀 Position Overview:
- BNS, LLC is hiring a full-time Remote Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our Virtual Sales & Customer Support (VSCS) department, managing both marketing and sales operations across our Construction and Real Estate divisions.
- This is a senior-level, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO and executive team. You will oversee team performance, digital campaigns, CRM lead pipelines, and the development of systems that drive growth and build brand equity.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
🎯 Department Leadership:
- Lead and manage the VSCS team (virtual assistants, customer support, sales coordinators).
- Conduct daily huddles, monitor performance, and support hiring/onboarding.
- Ensure consistent sales outreach, appointment setting, CRM usage, and internal reporting.
📈 Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation:
- Manage paid and organic campaigns (Meta, Google, email, SMS).
- Build and manage content calendars for Construction and Real Estate verticals.
- Monitor CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTRs, and ROI to improve ad and content performance.
🔁 Sales Pipeline Management:
- Oversee CRM usage and workflows for timely lead responses.
- Schedule and coordinate customer estimates, walk-throughs, and project launches.
- Partner with Estimators and Project Managers to increase conversion rates.
📊 Reporting & Optimization:
- Generate weekly and monthly KPI reports with actionable insights.
- Track team efficiency, lead quality, and sales performance.
- Recommend system and process improvements to improve outcomes.
📌 Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in marketing, sales, or team leadership (remote leadership experience a strong plus).
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), Facebook/Google Ads, and sales funnels.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or home services is highly desirable.
- Highly organized, accountable, and results-focused.
💵 Compensation & Benefits:
💼 Base Pay:
- $3.00 – $5.00 USD/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Paid bi-monthly via Wise or preferred payment platform (10th and 25th each month).
💸 Performance Bonuses:
- Earn up to $300 – $550 USD/month in bonuses based on KPIs.

⏳ Probation & Raises:
- 90-day probationary period with reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days.
- Base pay increase available after successful probation.

🕒 Schedule & Commitments:
- 35–45 hours/week.
- Daily overlap with U.S. Eastern or Central Time (minimum 4–6 hours).
