The role involves managing the visibility and communication between manufacturers, upfit vendors, internal and external clients regarding the status of vehicles and equipment from order through final delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent Microsoft Office skills, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, critical thinking skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor or Associates degree is preferred. Responsibilities: - Research the delivery and licensing status of vehicles delivered by transport vendors throughout the country - Review ready vehicles and release for transport - Recall/Reprint paperwork as needed, including MSOs from vehicles purchased out of dealer stock, and driver, dealer, or licensing party changes - Communicate all delays affecting the successful delivery of a vehicle and timelines to Holman internal stakeholders - Upload data and maintain validity in Holman status system by adding timely, relevant, clear, and concise notes to the driveaway system - Act as the main point of contact for Driveaway transport vendors and Holman - Work with the team on projects to ensure delivery deadlines are met or exceeded - Process transport invoices for payment
