They believe in creating value for their employees, community, and clients by providing practical solutions in every interaction. ⚠️ Important requirements ◽This position requires someone with a USA visa with the availability to travel. ◽Experience in the BPO industry (Sales). ◽Experience selling services. ◽Experience with the US market. ◽Relevant experience negotiating and closing deals. 🚀Qualifications: ◽Strong leadership and management skills. ◽Strong communication and negotiation skills. ◽Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. ◽Proficient in CRM software. ◽Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field. ✅ Key responsibilities: ◽Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the company. ◽Manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and provide guidance and training to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals. ◽Identify potential customers and target markets for BPO services ◽Research and gather information on potential customers to understand their business needs and pain points ◽Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of BPO services and addressing any concerns or objections. ◽Negotiate and close deals with potential customers. ◽Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services. ◽Monitor and report on sales performance and metrics to senior management.
