Responsibilities & more

- Act as a liaison between our client and the security vendors. - Lead our security and awareness training, including regular internal phishing campaigns. - Triage any alerts to determine the appropriate method and criticality of response. - Troubleshoot problems with security tools, and work with the vendor’s support to resolve them. - Handle potential Security Breaches and incidents, providing timely updates to Benco regarding security incidents. - Provide proposals for new security initiatives or enhancements. - Constantly monitor for current threats that may impact our client and the tools we use, and advise on how to avoid them. - Prepare, document, and update standard operating procedures and policies. System Configuration Standards. Acceptable Use Policies. - Compliance and Regulatory Policies Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure security devices
