Job Title: Sr. AR Caller / AR Executive Domain: US Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Job Description: Kraft is seeking experienced professionals in US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid AR calling expertise, thorough US medical billing knowledge, and hands-on denial management experience. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end RCM processes with precision and efficiency. * Demonstrate strong knowledge of US healthcare billing terminologies and AR processes. * Handle denial management, including: * Analyzing and resolving rejected claims. * Following up with insurance carriers for claim status and payment. * Recording and validating payment details for processed claims. * Ensuring high-quality and accurate deliverables. * Preference for candidates with hospital billing experience; physician billing experience will also be considered. AR Associate / Senior AR Associate: * Education: Graduate or Undergraduate with good communication skills. * Work Mode: On-site only (Work from office; no work-from-home option). * Shift: US Shift (Night shift only). Interview Mode: * Face-to-face interviews for candidates based in Bangalore. * Virtual interviews for outstation candidates. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent role (No contractual hiring). Compensation: As per industry standards, aligned with Kraft’s internal criteria and the candidate’s capabilities. Transport: Subsidized cab facility available based on fixed kilometre slab rates (Rs. 895 to Rs. 1,995). Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday. Important Note: * Candidates with Payor-end experience will not be considered. * Profiles from organizations such as Sagility, Carlon, Cognizant, Legato, HGS, and Accenture will undergo detailed screening. * Preference will be given to candidates with provider-side AR experience.
