Position Overview: The Sales Development Representative & Client Success Associate role blends outbound sales development with light client success responsibilities. You will identify and engage potential clients, qualify opportunities, and drive new business while also nurturing existing accounts and promoting additional services. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct omni-channel outreach (email, phone) to generate leads and book meetings. • Write compelling cold emails that prompt responses. • Track outreach activity, communications, and pipeline stages in Pipedrive. • Qualify leads for alignment with service offerings. • Close- and sign-up clients for pay-per-removal services. • Schedule SEO service meetings with decision-makers. • Provide updates to existing clients on service status and billing. • Maintain organized client records in the CRM. • Re-engage past clients on a regular schedule to explore new service needs. • Cross-sell SEO services to existing clients. Qualifications: • 1–3 years in sales development or outbound prospecting. • Strong written and verbal English skills. • Proficiency with CRMs (Pipedrive preferred) and Excel. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through consistently. • Self-motivated and results-driven. • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience in legal, reputation management, or SEO industries. • Knowledge of cold outreach strategy and A/B testing. • Familiarity with HubSpot or Zapier.
