We focus on delivering high-quality engineering talent across Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, and DevOps — with a strong presence in the US and global markets. What you will do: Run high-volume outbound prospecting across email and LinkedIn into US-based accounts Write and send cold email sequences to US-based decision-makers Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach and social selling Generate and qualify leads to build a healthy pipeline Book qualified appointments and hand them off to the sales team Leverage automation and AI tools to scale outreach without sacrificing quality What we expect: Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting targeting the US market. Experienced in selling IT outsourcing, software development services, or engineering staff augmentation is a strong advantage Strong cold email and LinkedIn outreach skills; comfort with repetitive, high-cadence outreach activity; familiarity with sales automation and AI tools (sequencers, enrichment, AI-assisted prospecting) is a must You show ownership and responsibility of your problem space. You are able to communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and contribute to productive teamwork. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written. This role requires at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific Time (PST/PDT). In practice this means working a shifted schedule (typically evening/overnight in the Philippines) to align with US business hours. This is the single most important requirement — please only apply if you are genuinely willing and able to commit to this overlap. How success looks like: Consistently executing high-volume outbound outreach Building a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects Booking around 10 qualified meetings per month Continuously improving outreach conversion through testing and AI tools Work Conditions: Fully remote role with a flexible schedule At least 4 hours overlapping with PST Compensation in USD via a convenient payment method Opportunity to work on global tech products Collaboration with international sales and engineering teams Compensation Target up to $1,500/month Exceptional candidates slightly above this range will still be considered — we won't auto-reject a standout profile
