Our Legal team is looking for a Lead Counsel, Commercial & Compliance - a Remote role in NAM.Overview of Role:Serve as a key legal partner across the company, leading complex enterprise commercial negotiations while helping scale Tines' global compliance and governance programs.Lead complex global commercial negotiations with enterprise customers, strategic partners, vendors, and channel partners, including MSAs, DPAs, procurement/vendor agreements, and partner/reseller agreements.Advise on strategic commercial transactions involving security, privacy, compliance, product, and operational risk, partnering cross-functionally to drive efficient deal execution.Help design, implement, and mature Tines' global compliance and governance programs across data privacy, AI governance, vendor/third-party risk, and regulatory and enterprise customer requirements.Build scalable legal and compliance processes, playbooks, templates, and self-service resources to support a fast-growing global organization.Requirements:J.D. degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.7+ years of relevant legal experience, including significant time in-house and/or at a law firm supporting technology companies.Experience supporting global legal, compliance, privacy, and/or governance initiatives.Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise customer expectations.Ability to balance legal risk with practical business considerations in a fast-moving environment.Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Check out the details in comments.
