Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Build prospect lists in HubSpot using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Run multi-channel cold outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone). - Qualify inbound replies and book discovery calls on the founder’s calendar. - Maintain clean CRM data on every prospect, sequence, and touchpoint. - Hit 10+ qualified meetings booked per month. - Hand off warm conversations with full context to the founder. Requirements: - 1-3 years B2B SDR/BDR experience (SaaS or services). - Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM. - Proven track record hitting cold outbound quota. - Strong written outbound copy. - Native English, US time zones. - Comfortable running your own outbound stack (Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, or similar). Bonus: - Sold into RevOps, marketing ops, or sales ops buyers. - Worked at a HubSpot or Salesforce partner agency. - Familiar with multi-channel sequencing and intent data tools.
