Genisys App is hiring an experienced Workday Finance Lead with strong expertise in Workday Core Financials, Adaptive Planning, R2R, Reporting, Treasury, Tax, and Finance Operations Support.We are looking for professionals who can independently manage Workday finance configuration, operational support, integrations, and financial governance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesR2R & Financial ConfigurationManage Workday Financial Data Model (FDM)Configure Journals, Fixed Assets, Allocations, and Accounting Business Processes.Support Period Close activities and troubleshoot accounting issuesResolve journal, reconciliation, and accounting date mismatch errorsAdaptive Planning & BudgetingMaintain integrations between Workday Financials and Adaptive PlanningManage budgeting, forecasting, versions, level structures, and Adaptive sheets.Troubleshoot formula, security, and synchronization issuesTreasury, Tax & ReportingConfigure Bank Account Management, Settlement Rules, and Ad-hoc Bank Transactions.Support withholding tax and sales tax integrationsDesign Composite Reports for Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements.Handle failed bank reconciliations and reporting issuesAsset Management & GovernanceManage depreciation corrections and asset disposalsReview Cost Centers, Ledger Accounts, and FDM governance requestsEnsure proper mapping between Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.Mandatory RequirementsWorkday Pro / Implementer Certification in Core Financials or Adaptive Planning.5+ years of Workday Finance experienceStrong expertise in:Workday Core FinancialsAdaptive PlanningFinancial ReportingBank ReconciliationFixed AssetsR2R ProcessesFDM GovernanceStrong understanding of GAAP / IFRS Accounting PrinciplesCPA / Chartered Accountant background preferredShare your updated resume at: vaibhav.pathak@genisysapp.com
