As Head of Performance Marketing, you own the revenue engine behind Puppy Sphere's growth; paid media, promotional campaigns, lifecycle, e-commerce, and the data infrastructure that connects it all. You lead a team of four and an external agency, and you're accountable for turning marketing spend into measurable business results. You sit alongside the Head of Brand & Content as a peer, and together you build the growth engine behind a category-defining brand.CompensationThe total compensation range for this role is $75,000 CAD - $100,000 CAD, depending on experience and scope.
