What you’ll be doing:Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using ERwinBuild scalable data models supporting audit, compliance, and financial reporting platformsManage metadata, data definitions, and business glossaries ensuring consistency and governanceEstablish end-to-end data lineage and reconciliation frameworks across systemsEnsure adherence to data governance standards, compliance, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with business, audit, compliance, and IT teams to translate requirements into robust data solutionsMaintain high-quality documentation including ERwin artifacts, schemas, and mappingsOptimize data models for performance, scalability, and accuracySupport integration with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise data platformsWhat we’re looking for:Strong expertise in Data Modeling (LDM, PDM, CDM)Hands-on experience in ERwin Data Modeler (Mandatory)Strong SQL / PL-SQL skillsExperience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQueryKnowledge of data lineage, metadata management, reconciliation, and audit frameworksExperience in banking / financial services / regulated environments preferredStrong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience: 8+ yearsLooking for: Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period
