I’m excited to share that my team at Transfr is hiring a Professional Learning Specialist based in the NYC Tri-State area!This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves facilitation, educator coaching, implementation strategy, and building strong relationships with schools and workforce partners. The person in this role will help lead high-impact professional learning experiences and support educators as they bring immersive VR career exploration and workforce readiness programs to life for learners.We’re looking for someone who:Loves working directly with educators and leadersThrives in fast-paced, customer facing environmentsIs passionate about professional learning and instructional innovationCan think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to support implementation successGets excited about the intersection of education, workforce development, and emerging technologyThis role is remote, based in the NYC Tri-State area, and involves travel throughout the Northeast supporting customers and partners.Our team is deeply mission-driven, collaborative, and focused on helping learners access pathways to high-growth careers through immersive learning experiences.
