At LearnTastic, great design isn’t just about usability - it’s about transforming how people learn and grow.We’re looking for a UX/UI Strategist who thinks beyond individual screens or “good copy” and designs end-to-end user experiences that balance usability, clarity, and conversion. This role shapes how users move through our product - from structure and flows to interaction patterns, content, and UI decisions.Sitting at the intersection of product, design, and content, you’ll work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to turn user needs and business goals into intuitive, effective experiences.ResponsibilitiesDefine and optimize user journeys, flows, and information architecture across the productTranslate user needs, behavior, and business goals into clear UX/UI strategiesDesign and improve onboarding experiences, including walkthroughs, tooltips, and in-product guidanceWrite and structure UI content, microcopy, and CTAs that support usability, trust, and conversionCollaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers using Figma, wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagramsReview, iterate, and refine UX and content directly within designsEnsure consistency in UX patterns, terminology, voice, and interaction logic across the productUse qualitative and quantitative insights (user feedback, behavior, testing) to validate and improve UX decisionsContribute to UX best practices, guidelines, and scalable design patternsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in UX strategy, UX/UI design, UX writing, or product designStrong understanding of user journeys, interaction design, and information architectureAbility to think strategically about UX, not just execute individual screensExperience working with Figma, wireframes, prototypes, and user flow documentationComfortable collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineersA user-first mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsNice to haveExperience with SaaS or complex digital productsFamiliarity with usability testing, A/B testing, or UX research methodsBackground in UX design, psychology, human-centered design, or product managementAbility to challenge and improve UI decisions from a UX perspectiveThis is a remote position.
