Inspirean runs high-volume virtual and live events focused on personal development. We're growing fast and need someone who owns the engine behind our sales operation — calendar efficiency, CRM integrity, daily reporting, and team support. This is not a task-execution role. We need someone who sees the full picture, catches problems before they become fires, and makes the sales team run smoother without needing to be told what to do. What you'll own — Calendar optimization: ensure closer availability is accurate, event calendars are fully loaded 2 weeks out, and no spot goes unfilled during live events — Daily operations: review EODs, validate CRM activity, surface issues in real time via Slack — Reporting: deliver daily call summaries to the manager including rep-by-rep insights, lead tier placement, and calendar gaps — CRM and data integrity: own GoHighLevel pipeline accuracy, payment link functionality, and automation monitoring (GHL → n8n → Sheets → Dashboard) — Performance tracking: monitor ACV, show rate, cash collected, revenue contracted — and flag leaks when you see them — Documentation: keep SOPs, FAQs, scorecards, and training materials current and organized - AI Systems: have a strong knack for using AI and optimizing efficiency using these tools What we're looking for — Fluent English, written and verbal (required — you'll communicate daily with a US-based team) — Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) — Strong with data: Google Sheets, dashboards, and making numbers tell a story — Self-managed: you track your own output and hold yourself accountable — Comfortable in high-stakes, fast-moving environments (live event weekends are full-on) — Bonus: experience in sales, sales ops, or revenue operations
