ABOUT SANHUASanhua is a leading HVAC&R manufacturer of controls and components with a global footprint and 41 years of experience.Sanhua industrial park, located in Saltillo Mexico, is the manufacturing hub for all Business Units in Mexico and has achieved significant growth over the past 10+ years. Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Compliance & Accuracy:Ensure payroll processing aligns with company policies, labor laws, tax regulations, and financial standards.Review payroll transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Conduct periodic payroll audits to identify discrepancies and errors.Risk Management:Develop, implement, and monitor internal payroll controls to prevent fraud and errors.Identify weaknesses in payroll procedures and propose corrective actions.Ensure proper segregation of duties in payroll processing.Process Improvement & Documentation:Maintain and update payroll policies and procedures.Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to streamline payroll workflows and system integrations.Reporting:Assist in internal and external audits by providing required payroll records and explanations.Prepare periodic reports on payroll accuracy, compliance status, and control effectiveness.Ensure timely resolution of payroll discrepancies and issues.Collaboration & Training:Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.Train payroll and HR personnel on internal controls, best practices, and compliance requirements.Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related control and compliance inquiries.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in payroll processing, audit, or internal controls.Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor laws, and tax regulations.Experience with payroll software and ERP systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Preferred Qualifications:Certification related payroll or Certified Internal Auditor is a plus.Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance related to payroll.
