Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AI Account Manager to join our team remotely. You will take ownership of operational and performance tasks for our AI-stream content project — setting up accounts, inserting tracking links, monitoring workflows, collecting key stats, scaling performance, and producing reports. You’ll collaborate closely with content creators, AI/streaming operations, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.About usWe are a streaming project within an international agency, partnered with Centro Holding. Our startup is developing a cutting-edge AI-powered system that automatically generates and parses content for streaming platforms. The system manages the entire operational flow — from content creation to publication — driving traffic for different projects and expanding across multiple markets.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage streaming/accounts dashboards and tools for AI-driven content streamsInsert and maintain links, tags, and tracking codes for each stream/accountVerify that streams are functioning correctly (audio/video quality, AI components, overlays, metadata)Monitor live and post-stream metrics (views, engagement, link clicks, conversions)Collect and maintain structured data in dashboards/spreadsheets: daily/weekly performance, trends, anomaliesTrack and develop key KPIs, providing insights for performance optimization and scalingProduce and deliver regular reports (weekly operations summaries, monthly performance reviews)Communicate with content/AI/operations teams about findings, discrepancies, and next stepsMaintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data, reports, and workflowsProactively identify bottlenecks or improvement areas and suggest solutionsRequirements1 + year of experience in account or operations management (preferably in digital, media, or tech)Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with structure and precisionStrong attention to detail and data accuracyTechnical proficiency with online tools, dashboards, spreadsheets, and analytics systemsConfident in data collection and report creation (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required)Clear communication skills in English - from upper-intermediate levelProactive, responsible, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environmentTeam player mindset with a collaborative and supportive attitudeNice to haveExperience with streaming platforms (X, YouTube, TikTok,etc.)Familiarity with AI tools or automated content systemsWe offerA dynamic startup environment with no bureaucracy or micromanagement — we value ownership and initiativeA creative and international team working on innovative AI-driven projects with global reachFlexible remote work formatPaid vacation and sick leaveReal opportunities for growth and scaling within a rapidly expanding international productA chance to contribute to one of the most forward-thinking AI + streaming ecosystems
