NISC is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Project Manager to join our dynamic Professional Services team. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in working closely with our customers to understand their business needs and requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement robust integration flows, utilizing APIs across platforms that seamlessly integrate with NISC's utility solutions, including Financials, Service, Work Management, and MDM. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with customers to analyze and understand their business needs, ensuring a clear understanding of integration requirements. - Design and implement integration flows that connect various utility solutions, utilizing REST and SOAP API languages. - Work with MultiSpeak APIs, primarily using SOAP/XML, to ensure effective communication and data exchange between different systems. - Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for both internal teams and customers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
