Avantor is seeking a strong EHSS & Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Tultitlán, Edo. Mex. This position requires a bi-lingual individual fluent in English and Spanish. The role involves overseeing Environmental Health and Safety, Sustainability, and Maintenance at our Mexico site. The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in EHS&S and Maintenance, and will be responsible for managing the Health and Safety program, crisis management, facility maintenance, and vehicle fleet management. Responsibilities: - Oversee Environmental Health and Safety, Sustainability, and Maintenance at the Mexico site - Manage the Health and Safety program and crisis management - Supervise facility maintenance and upkeep, including overseeing contractors and preventive maintenance - Administer the vehicle fleet, ensuring maintenance, insurance, and documentation are up to date - Coordinate with external agencies and regulatory bodies for compliance - Develop and implement solutions to mitigate EHS risks and ensure safe operations
