🌐 Responsibilities: šŸ”¹ For cold calling: • Call leads from research or generated list. • Add call notes to a CRM system (as needed) and/or assign hot/interested leads as indicated for additional sales follow-up. • Call people offering them the company services or products and mention how the company can help their clients and customers. • Ask questions to qualify and convert leads to future clients and customers by setting up an appointment with the lead managers or closers. • SMS potential leads by the lead generation program or system they own • When a client is ready to move forward and qualified, the VA will transfer the lead to the sales department in their team. šŸ”¹ For warm calling existing leads: • Call potential leads over the phone and offer information about the company's services. • Perform outbound calls to past clients or existing leads the company already has. • Speak with each lead, take notes, and add them to the CRM. • Call leads and prospects to book demos and/or introductory calls manually or through online booking systems like Acuity.
