🌎 Description: The regional sales account manager will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers in Latin America, maximize lead conversion and revenue generation opportunities, and actively seek new business development opportunities. 🎯 Requirements: ⚈ Bachelor's degree. ⚈ Strong experience as a sales manager. ⚈ Strong customer management experience. ⚈ Proven track record of positive customer revenue generation. ⚈ Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office applications. ⚈ Professional level experience in a virtual environment. ⚈ Online customer management experience with remote job experience is key. ⚈ Fluent in English and Spanish, both speaking and writing. 🎯 Responsibilities: As explained below, but not limited to: ⚈ 🤝 Relationship building: → Build strong relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. ⚈ 💰 Revenue generation: → Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing and discounting policies. ⚈ 📊 Sales pipeline management: → Manage and maintain an active sales funnel or pipeline for assigned accounts, including lead generation, qualification, prioritization, forecasting, and reporting. ⚈ 🎓 Staff training: → Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to internal staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to support account growth and retention. ⚈ 👨‍💼 Account management: → Develop and execute account plans, monitor and address customer issues and concerns, and be the primary point of contact for customer communications and inquiries. ⚈ 🤝 Collaboration: → Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination across all aspects of the customer experience.
