If the candidate lives in another city than Bogota, it's mandatory to make the transition to this city. 🚀 This role is 100% operational and the company is looking for someone with a lot of experience handling extreme levels of stress. 🚀 The company will prioritize and consider candidates with good stability, which means those who stay an enough time in each job. The professional genome will be reviewed carefully. 🚀 The company will prioritize candidates between junior and proficient experience, due this is a 100% operational job. 🚀 The candidate must have 100% of availability because there are days when it's necessary to work extra hours. 🚀 The candidate must have a high attention to detail. There will be an attention to detail test. 🚀 The candidate should have experience working and interacting with clients. 🚀 Due to the nature of the business, there will be a preference for candidates between 20 and 30 years old. 🚀 The candidate must have good practices writing and structuring information because this task will be part of their daily basis. There will be a technical assessment. 🚀 The candidate should have experience solving problems with clients. 🚀 The candidate must have proficient level in the role, which means he/she is able to work with minimum supervision. 🚀 If the candidate has experience working in a startup, it will be a plus (nice to have). 🚀 If the candidate is related to wellness is a plus (sports, yoga, meditation). 🚀 If the candidate has experience organizing travel events is a bonus. 🚀 If the candidate has a travel background is a plus. ✅ Responsibilities 🚀 Determine destinations, track progress, and drive successful completion. 🚀 Develop and implement growth plans to help high potential local partners scale with us. 🚀 Identify, recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with additional tour operators to best serve our travelers’ needs. 🚀 Negotiate various terms and commissions with operators. 🚀 Ability to negotiate special perks for TourHero customers. 🚀 Talk to TourHero customers and address any concerns. -- TourHero is using Agile Recruitment for this process.
