Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for someone who has the following essential skills: - High conversational English. - Effective communicator. - Empathy towards customers. - Empowerment of tasks in a personal capacity. - Results-oriented. It is ideal if you have experience in PM related roles or consulting roles as well. You will be using Visual FoxPro as a tool. If you have experience with it, it is ideal. If not, you will have to learn it. You will be working with 123 EDI clients, who are mostly suppliers of large distribution chains and warehouses in the United States and Canada, with the implementation of EDI-type electronic documents with the X12 standard. To fulfill the role, you must exercise the following minimum responsibilities: - Implement complete EDI cycles, including engagement with clients and their clients (“Trading partners”). - Analysis of the specific information flow, mapping of EDI-type documents, testing and certification of documents. - System configuration with maps and tracking, including the first round of production. - Development of maps for EDI-type documents using the 123 EDI framework and its EDI Engine software. - Programming documents of other types with XML, JSON, and flat types. - Maintenance of current clients, including post-implementation support in the same areas described above. - Acquire knowledge of the EDI Engine application in an expert manner to resolve customer queries and identify problems. - Resolve bugs and system problems. - Configuration and maintenance of the 123 EDI communications system including the sftp, ftp and AS2 protocols. - Interaction with third parties and "trading partners" in the maintenance of certifications. - Solve customer problems effectively and consistently with the business needs of the product interface. In the future, you will also have access to professional growth. We have 2 different roles for it: 1. Delve into the area of ​​programming and design to assume responsibility for new development projects, such as new interfaces between EDI and ERP, WMS, or eCommerce systems. You will work in areas of architectural improvements to the current system to increase functionality and scalability. You would also manage 123EDI's AWS cloud system. 2. Develop the ability to manage clients and business knowledge to match them with the design and management of new solutions, and workflows. This is an internal and external leadership and consultative role, including project estimation, specification taking, consultative management, and direction. 123EDI uses Agile Recruitment for its selection processes.
