Working horizontally with key stakeholders across the organization, the Corporate Development team aims to develop collaborative agreements with external parties that lead to positive business outcomes for Basis as a whole.WAYS YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEAs a member of the Corporate Development team, you will be a valued collaborator across departmental initiatives. In this role, you will be the day-to-day manager of relationships across the Basis inventory ecosystem, inclusive of publishers, SSPs & exchanges, and related efforts working in conjunction with Corporate Development leadership, RTB Operations, and the investment leadership team for Basis’ manage-services offering. You will also contribute by:Monitor and report on usage trends and financial impact across commercial partnerships, going beyond the numbers to deliver clear insights into areas for revenue growth, cost-savings, and actionable adjustments through timely, data-driven reportingMaintain and manage ongoing dialogue with commercial partners to ensure clarity and knowledge of current & future offerings; provide regular updates to internal stakeholders within organization through established communication channelsPartner with Director of Partnerships in determining priority, cadence, scheduling, preparation, and delivery of business reviews and insights to commercial partnersAct as initial line of support for commercial partners, acting as liaison between partner and Internal Operations and Product teams as neededIdentify and justify investment opportunities through combination of market analysis, data-driven insights, and technical compatibility reviewSupport expansion strategies for unique publisher access, supply sources, and bundling strategies to meet business needsOwn management and curation of global Private Marketplace libraryWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE3 years working within advertising technologyExperience working within programmatic; specifically, with SSPs in a partner landscapeStrong communication skills with the ability to set clear expectationsHigh impact, low ego – you are a highly motivated collaborator who celebrates team winsEntrepreneurial spirit and natural problem solver who takes initiativeExceptional organizational and communication skillsPassion for learning and improvement, flexible in a dynamic environment, and able to separate signals from noiseCommitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where voices are valued and supportedSALARY RANGE$71,979 - $105,809 a yearThis salary range reflects a typical compensation range for the role and level in most U.S. locations. Final compensation offered will depend on your location, experience, and skills.
