Requirements and responsibilities


What You'll Do: • Configure, deploy & support servers, networks, firewalls, and M365. • Lead client integrations & infrastructure refreshes. • Resolve escalated PC/email/network issues. • Monitor backups, performance & security systems. • Document, train, and collaborate with vendors & clients. What You'll Bring: • 5–10 yrs in IT support or systems engineering. • Microsoft Server or M365 certification (preferred). • Strong network/server experience (Azure AD, VLANs, VPN, Wi-Fi). • Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
