Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational objectives and improve overall efficiency. - Manage and oversee procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. - Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing waste. - Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align production schedules with market needs. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the supply chain process. - Foster relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to enhance collaboration and performance. - Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve high performance and professional growth. - Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to leverage new technologies and methodologies in supply chain management. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CPSM) is preferred. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. - Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and supply chain software tools. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. - Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace environment.
