We are looking for an experienced UKG Pro WFM Implementation Consultant with 6+ years of experience in end-to-end Workforce Management implementations and strong global/multi-country implementation exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementations across multiple geographiesConfigure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, Labor Management & AnalyticsHandle pay rules, work rules, accruals, shift differentials, holidays and labor levelsGather requirements and prepare FDDs & configuration documentsLead integrations with Global HR & Payroll systems using APIs, SFTP and flat filesOversee data migration, validation, reconciliation and payroll parallel runsManage SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live & hypercareAct as a Global UKG Pro WFM SME and work with HR, Payroll, Operations and IT stakeholdersSupport training, governance and change management activitiesMandatory SkillsStrong hands-on UKG Pro WFM implementation & configuration experienceProven global/multi-country implementation experienceStrong expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals & Labor ManagementExperience integrating UKG Pro WFM with Global Payroll systemsGood understanding of labor laws and compliance across multiple countriesExperience working with large enterprise clientsStrong stakeholder and client management skills📅 Notice Period: Max 30 Days
