Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer (UI/UX) to lead the visual and user experience design of our application.The role will involve designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences, as well as supporting other graphic design needs as they arise.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign the user interface and overall visual experience of the application.Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Develop and maintain consistent design systems and visual standards.Conduct user-centred design research where necessary.Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Create graphics and other visual assets required for the product.Support additional graphic design requirements as they arise.Review and improve existing designs based on user feedback and product requirements.RequirementsProven experience in UI/UX or Product Design.Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and digital product design.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or equivalent.Strong understanding of user experience principles and design systems.Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.Strong visual, creative, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.What We OfferSalary: N350,000 Monthly.Fully remote work environment.Opportunity to work on and contribute to the development of a new digital product.Collaborative and innovative working environment.Competitive compensation based on role and experience.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV and Portfolio / GitHub / App samples (where applicable) to: jobs@leansugar.com using "Application –Product Designer (UI / UX)" as the subject of the email.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
