Requirements and responsibilities
REMOTE PROJECT MANAGER – LAND DEVELOPMENT.
Compensation:
- $8–$10/hour (USD).

- Real Estate Experience a Plus.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a technically skilled Project Manager to oversee and optimize our land and home development process end-to-end.
- You will work with cross-functional teams, including realtors, engineers, contractors, and finance partners, to deliver high-quality housing solutions.
- Your mission is to streamline operations, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver each project on time, on budget, and with excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage development projects from property acquisition through construction closeout.
- Implement and improve our project management framework (tasks, timelines, SOPs).
- Coordinate with realtors, buyers, and contractors to move deals forward.
- Prepare financial projections, cost breakdowns, and permitting timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections, track deliverables, and manage budgets.
- Communicate updates and proactively resolve issues during every phase.
- Work within tools such as spreadsheets, tracking systems, bid packages, and development schedules.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in a reputable BPO or international company.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Real estate or construction development experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to undergo training to learn our systems and land + home model.
- Permanent work-from-home setup with a reliable internet connection.
Compensation:
- $8 to USD 10 per hour (based on experience).
