Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Journey Consultant to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, understanding our product line, as well as collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Type: Full Time. Responsibilities: * Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple platforms (e.g., calls, text, emails, messaging apps). * Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance and guidance to resolve customer issues with our kitchen appliances. * Create and implement design concepts for both new and existing products. * Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively assist customers with inquiries and recommendations. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, collaborate on complex issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. There will be team meetings every day to communicate goals and collaboration with team members. * Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and company policies to enhance customer support capabilities. Requirements: * Proven experience in customer service or a related field. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about kitchen appliances.
