Job DescriptionJoin a great company! Our Roofing Repair Technicians complete a variety of roofing jobs for Bone Dry Roofing customers, all while providing exceptional service. Here at Bone Dry we also believe in setting our technicians up for success with training opportunities, and incredible support.Daily ResponsibilitiesInspect problem roofs, gutters, siding, fascia to determine the best repair procedures.Remove debris, water, or snow from roofs prior to applying materials.Set-up scaffolding and or ladders to provide safe access to roofs.Estimate materials and labor required to complete roofing jobs.Complete scope of work for repairs according to Bone Dry Roofing standards.Be on call for after-hours emergency calls, if on rotation.Prepare invoices and collect payment upon completion of work.Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.Follow all safety procedures.This position is required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month, March through November.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's licensePass a background checkMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs and inspect atticsWillingness to travel up to 5%Industry experience preferred but not required - we will train!Military service is a plusCompensation and BenefitsHourly pay range $18- $30 commensurate with experience or 100% commission options availableMedical, vision, and dental insurance availableCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) planPTO, vacation, and holidaysCompany phone, truck, fuel, and fuel provided for company use (this is not a take home vehicle)Closing DescriptionBone Dry Roofing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
