Requirements and responsibilities

What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using Python (backend) and React (frontend) Develop APIs and services that power core workflows in specialty medication access Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for providers, care teams, and operations staff Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and engineering teammates to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable software solutions Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Participate in architectural discussions and influence core technical decisions Contribute to performance, reliability, and security best practices What They're Looking For 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer at a start-up Experience and proficiency across a range of technologies (we use Python, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc) Track record of moving quickly and delivering outstanding outcomes at fast-growing, product-driven companies Comfort operating in startup environments and solving ambiguous problems Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Nice to Have Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker Interest in AI-driven systems and intelligent automation This is an opportunity to help define the technical foundation of an AI-native healthcare platform with real-world impact on patient access and outcomes.
