This is a great time to join the team and be a part of a growing and stable organization.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Search for and monitor federal, state, and local government bid opportunities through online portals, subscriptions, and other resources.Review and evaluate RFP/RFI solicitations to determine alignment with the company’s services, capabilities, and business objectives.Summarize key requirements and communicate potential opportunities to leadership for decision-making.Coordinate with subject matter experts, department leaders, and other stakeholders to gather information, technical details, and pricing needed for proposals.Create and maintain timelines for each RFP process to ensure deadlines are met.Facilitate regular status updates with all contributors to track progress and address issues.Assist in drafting, editing, and assembling proposal content in compliance with solicitation requirements.Maintain an organized database of RFP opportunities, responses, and outcomes for tracking and reporting purposes.Monitor changes, addendums, and Q&A responses from issuing agencies to ensure proposal accuracy.Stay current with government procurement trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in government contracting, proposal coordination, or procurement research (federal and local experience preferred).Strong understanding of the RFP process and government procurement regulations.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex requirements into clear summaries.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with all submission requirements.Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.Additional InformationCompetitive salary based on your experience and skillsGood HealthComprehensive insurance plans like Medical, Personal Accident Benefit and Life Insurance Happiness• 6 paid days off per year• Employee engagement programs• Opportunities to join our community service initiatives, including Habitat for HumanityAre you up to the challenge?
