We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager - WITH Startup environment experience - join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with us. Functions: Client Relationship Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients. - Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues quickly. - Anticipate client needs and provide solutions before problems arise. - Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes using our services. Onboarding and Orientation: - Lead comprehensive client onboarding programs. - Conduct one-on-one sessions with new clients. - Gather podcast assets and initial requirements. - Coordinate between clients and production/support teams. - Set clear expectations and establish success metrics. - Train clients on our processes, tools, and platforms. - Create and maintain onboarding documentation. HubSpot CRM Management: - Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot CRM. - Track all client interactions and communications. - Monitor client health scores and engagement metrics. - Create and manage workflows for client touchpoints. - Generate reports on client satisfaction and retention. - Utilize HubSpot for task management and follow-ups. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Interface between clients and production team. - Coordinate with LinkedIn Specialists and Graphic Designers. - Work closely with Production Manager on client requirements. - Collaborate with sales team on renewals and upsells. - Partner with leadership on strategic client initiatives. Support Materials and Training: - Create client-facing documentation and resources. - Develop training materials for common client questions. - Build knowledge base articles and FAQ documents. - Produce video tutorials and guides. - Maintain and update support materials regularly. Client Success Metrics: - Monitor and report on key customer success KPIs. - Track client usage, engagement, and satisfaction. - Identify opportunities for account expansion. - Drive client renewals and reduce churn. - Advocate for clients internally to improve product/service offerings. Requirements: - HubSpot CRM: Demonstrated hands-on experience (required). - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services. - Onboarding Programs Experience: Lead comprehensive onboarding and training. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Production teams, designers, sales. - Strong English: Written and verbal (client-facing C-suite-adjacent). - Independent remote work capability. - Startup environment experience. - Service company background: B2B service provider mindset. Bonus Points: - B2B SaaS or professional services industry. - Podcast production or content marketing knowledge. - LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Project management tools: Monday.com and others. - HubSpot certifications: Service Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub. - Knowledge base or FAQ documentation creation experience. - Video tutorial production.
