Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the initial contact for prospective clients, assessing cases based on firm-established criteria and professionally facilitating sign-ups. - Promptly handle a high volume of inbound calls and messages from potential clients across phone, email, chat, and text. - Engage with clients warmly and effectively to build rapport, answer questions, and communicate necessary information. - Collaborate with attorneys and intake teams to coordinate and manage intake schedules when needed. - Uphold the firm’s reputation by delivering outstanding service that meets and exceeds client expectations. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Sales Experience: 6 months to years of sales experience, with a proven ability to influence, qualify leads, and successfully manage client intake. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, with an ability to engage clients warmly and effectively. - Multitasking: Comfortable handling multiple tasks with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment. - Organizational Skills: Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities. - Consistency: Steady work history is preferred; candidates with a track record of job stability are encouraged to apply. - Judgment and Discretion: Demonstrates flexibility, initiative, and sound judgment. - Vibrant Personality: Engaging, positive demeanor that builds rapport with clients and conveys trustworthiness and professionalism.
