Our client is looking for talented Audio Production Experts to help support next-generation AI systems through real-world audio production, editing, and mixing workflows. This is an exciting opportunity for creative audio professionals passionate about music production, sound design, and professional mixing to contribute their expertise to innovative AI-focused projects in a flexible remote environment. Position: Audio Production Expert. Location: Remote. Job Type: Part-Time. Openings: 40. Compensation: $19–$65/hour. Responsibilities: - Create, edit, and mix multi-track audio projects using Ardour or LMMS. - Document authentic production workflows from concept to polished final mix. - Demonstrate creative decision-making, experimentation, and real-time problem-solving during production sessions. - Layer, refine, and enhance sound elements using professional audio techniques. - Communicate production choices and workflow rationale clearly through written and verbal discussions. - Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to meet production goals and improve workflows. - Ensure all final audio outputs meet professional industry standards for quality and creativity. Requirements: - Proven expertise with Ardour and/or LMMS in professional or semi-professional environments. - Strong foundation in audio editing, mixing, mastering, and music production workflows. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience building tracks or mixes from scratch, including layering and sound refinement. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality audio production. - Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment. - Adaptability and creative problem-solving during production workflows. Preferred Qualifications: - Portfolio showcasing projects created using Ardour or LMMS. - Experience producing different genres or audio formats including music, podcasts, or sound design. - Background in professional audio training, education, or advanced production decision-making.
