Reporting to the Controller, you will be a core contributor on a lean finance team, responsible for the transactional accuracy, reconciliations, and controls that sit underneath everything we report. You will work inside our HubSpot-to-NetSuite-to-Versapay stack and have real ownership over improving how it runs, not just operating it. If you are someone who finds broken processes and fixes them without being asked, this role is built for you.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full-cycle general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accrualsSupport timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, by owning key aspects of the process within the closing checklistSupport, then grow to own own, subscription,billing and collection processMaintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, identifying and resolving discrepanciesManage revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606, including deferred revenue schedulesAdminister and optimize NetSuite ERP workflows, including reporting, saved searches, and system integrationsAssist in the preparation of financial statements and management reporting packagesSupport internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing documentationPartner with FP&A, billing, and operations teams to ensure accurate and complete financial dataIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalabilityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting3–5 years of progressive accounting experienceHands-on experience with NetSuite ERP - including GL management, reporting, and system configurationSolid understanding of GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606) and subscription-based business modelsCuriosity and desire to leverage rules-based and AI-driven automation across accounting and finance workflowsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial analysis and reconciliationStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPrior SaaS or technology startup experience is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhy Prokeep?At Prokeep, we offer a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative work environment where innovation thrives.
