We're hiring a Cold Email Strategist at Bluecraft Leads.Real estate niche.Here's what this role actually is:You own strategy and execution for every client assigned to you - built on our proven real estate investor playbook that produces interested borrowers consistently. This isn't design-from-scratch work. It's applying a system that works, across a growing book of clients.The founders (Stephen Lawrence and I) own the client relationship during the first 30 days while you ramp.You run the playbook behind the scenes - lead sourcing, enrichment, domain setup, campaign launch, inbox rotation, automation builds, weekly reporting.From Day 30 you join client calls alongside us. From Day 60 you run them independently. Clean ramp to full ownership.This is NOT a VA role. Ownership is expected.This is NOT a copywriter role. You adapt proven templates - you don't write from scratch.This is NOT a campaign design role. The playbook exists.This is NOT a junior role.What we're looking for:You've run cold email at volume for real clientsYou know Instantly, Smartlead, or similar sending platforms deeplyYou've built automations in Make.com, Zapier, or n8nYou've sourced leads through Apollo, Clay, or similarYou know SPF, DKIM, and DMARCYou can look at an underperforming campaign and know what levers to pullYou back up past work with real numbers (reply rates, positive reply rates, leads delivered)The playbook is proven.
