We’re excited to be growing our DTS Population Health team and are looking for a Systems Analyst II who thrives on problem-solving, digging into details, and building impactful Epic solutions.In this role, you’ll partner with the YNHHS Center for Population Health, clinicians, and service line leaders to:Build and support Healthy Planet Registries & Panel MetricsDevelop clinical decision support tools (including Health Maintenance)Troubleshoot complex issues and perform rule-based Epic build (EPIC certification preferred)Help drive data-informed care across the organizationThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys investigating granular details, working with complex logic, and making a real impact on patient outcomes.
