As the Senior Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist, you will play a mission-critical role in launching, managing, and optimizing multi-channel outbound campaigns. This is not a passive lead generation position—you will actively drive prospecting efforts through automated email outreach, cold calling, and paid Meta advertising campaigns to generate highly qualified appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Outbound Execution & High-Volume Sourcing Execute cold calling campaigns to generate qualified opportunities. Build, monitor, and scale automated cold email systems capable of sending 500–2,000+ highly personalized emails daily. Set up, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Utilize creative assets provided by the marketing team to maximize campaign performance and conversion ROI. Qualify inbound and outbound prospects against established criteria. Navigate gatekeepers and secure high-value appointments directly on the sales calendar. Advanced Campaign & Funnel Optimization Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and email sequences. Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC). Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust channel budgets for maximum efficiency. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership. CRM Data Integrity & Lead Nurturing Maintain accurate lead records within the company CRM ecosystem. Keep prospect information, communication history, and notes organized and up to date. Design and implement automated nurture sequences for prospects not yet ready to schedule. Handle objections through phone and text conversations. Ensure a seamless, high-quality handoff of qualified prospects to the internal sales team. Must-Have Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of professional lead generation experience. Verifiable track record of consistently booking 10+ highly qualified B2B appointments per week. Expert-level knowledge of cold email deliverability, domain warming, list cleaning, and outbound email best practices. Strong experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting frameworks. Hands-on experience building, budgeting, and scaling audiences within Meta Ads Manager. Exceptional verbal and written English communication and persuasion skills. Confidence communicating with high-level decision-makers by phone. Experience working within CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. Ability to quickly learn and adopt modern sales enablement and prospecting tools. Nice-to-Have Requirements Experience integrating AI-powered personalization and scraping tools into outbound prospecting workflows. Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing automation platforms. Previous B2B lead generation experience within insurance, healthcare, corporate technology, or professional services industries.
