Let the magic happen!If you're interested in this opportunity, click APPLY TO POSITION to proceed.Independent Contractor – CPT-11128 Real Estate Cold Calling Virtual Assistant/Real Estate VA/Advanced Level (Remote).Overview20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.A Commercial Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and experienced Real Estate Cold-Calling Virtual Assistant to support lead-generation efforts through outbound prospecting.The primary objective of this role is to contact property owners, identify potential sellers, qualify opportunities, and pass interested prospects to the business owner for follow-up discussions. The ideal candidate has prior real estate cold-calling experience, excellent communication skills, strong objection-handling skills, and the ability to think quickly in conversations.This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys phone-based outreach and is committed to helping grow the company's pipeline of potential sellers.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:1. Real Estate Cold CallingConduct outbound cold calls to property owners using the provided lead lists.Engage prospects in professional and productive conversations.Identify property owners who may have an interest in selling.Build rapport and gather relevant information regarding potential opportunities.Maintain a high level of call activity during scheduled work hours.2. Lead QualificationAsk qualifying questions to determine seller motivation and interest level.Identify potential opportunities based on the provided criteria.Gather key property and owner information.Escalate qualified leads to the business owner for follow-up.3. Objection Handling & CommunicationHandle objections confidently and professionally.Answer basic questions regarding the company and the outreach purpose.Adapt conversations based on prospect responses.Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills.4. CRM & Data ManagementAccurately enter call notes and prospect information into Google Sheets and CRM systems.Maintain organized and up-to-date lead records.Track follow-up requirements and lead status.Ensure all prospect data is accurate and properly documented.5. Reporting & Administrative SupportSubmit daily activity reports summarizing:Calls completedLeads generatedInterested sellers identifiedFollow-up opportunitiesRemain responsive via phone, text, and other communication channels during working hours.Assist with basic administrative tasks related to lead management.Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement.
